QuietPrice terms

Last updated 14 July 2026

1. What QuietPrice does

QuietPrice lets members mark a place on a map and record a private, non-binding indication of what they might pay for it. A bid does not mean the property is listed, available or owned by another member.

2. Early-access service

The service is being tested and may change, pause or contain errors. During early access, exact bid amounts, member identities and contact details are not disclosed to other users. Property and ownership verification are not yet part of the live journey.

3. Accounts and membership

You must be at least 18 and use contact details you control. Sign-in uses a one-time code. Membership is currently £1 per month and renews until cancelled. Payments and cancellation are handled by Stripe; you can open the billing portal from your QuietPrice account.

4. Bids are not contracts

A QuietPrice bid is an expression of interest only. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, a valuation, proof of funds, an estate agency instruction or a commitment to buy or sell. Any later negotiation or transaction will require separate checks, advice and legal documentation.

5. Acceptable use

Use the service honestly. Do not place deliberately misleading bids, impersonate another person, scrape or overload the service, probe private data, or use QuietPrice to harass residents or owners. We may suspend accounts or remove bids where misuse is suspected.

6. Availability and liability

Map labels and address matches can be incomplete or inaccurate, so the selected map point is the primary record of intent. Nothing on QuietPrice is property, financial or legal advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Contact

Questions, cancellations that cannot be completed in Stripe, or account concerns can be sent to hello@quietprice.com.
